How do I choose a service?+

Can I choose my professional?+
Yes. Select a service and date to see the professionals assigned to that service, with their available times underneath. If no times are shown, contact the studio.
When is my appointment confirmed?+
A request-only service needs approval by the studio. For services requiring online payment, confirmation follows successful payment verification. Selecting a service alone does not reserve an appointment.
What about consultations or patch tests?+
Some treatments — such as colour, lash or brow tinting, and laser hair removal — may call for a quick patch test or consultation first. Give us a ring on 01494 527289 and we’ll let you know what’s needed before your appointment.
